Adds a Harvest-Demand to the StoreQueue. The method returns immedaitely a topicmap which is in state pending

Parameters
java.lang.String	harvestfile	the location of the harvest model file
org.tm4j.panckoucke.store.ProviderReference	providerReference	the provider where to store the harvested map

org.tm4j.panckoucke.store.UnknownReferenceException - if the given providerReference implementation is not supported by the actual StoreManagerImplementation
