org.tm4j.panckoucke.store.StoreManager .harvestTopicMap(java.lang.String harvestfile)
Description
Adds a Harvest-Demand to the StoreQueue. The method returns immedaitely a topicmap which is in state pending The decision, which provider is used, is left to the actual implementation
