Returns
true, if the tm4jIndex-support is enabled.
tm4j index-Support means basically, that the index-property of this instance
is set to the indextype, which was passed to the constructor and that
the index of this indextype for the current map is opened prior the calling
of a subclasses getElements()-Method.
